Community Care Worker Community Care Worker

Pay rate: $22.97 - $57.44 per hour

If you want to make a difference in people's lives, then being a Community Care Worker is the perfect fit for you. You don't need previous experience or a qualification for this position and will receive all the training and support you need to get started.

In this role you independently support clients in the community with tasks like housekeeping, food preparation and grocery shopping. You will build meaningful relationships with your clients and can experience firsthand the lasting impact of your work on people’s lives and the community.

Personal Care Worker Personal Care Worker

Pay rate: $24.35 - $75.56 per hour

If you're the kind of person who likes to work autonomously, is caring by nature and loves to build meaningful relationships, then a Personal Care Worker is the perfect role for you.

You will assist clients with medication management, nutrition, personal care and more. With support from your team, you will have the autonomy and flexibility to work in the community and build meaningful relationships with your clients.

We have a range of casual and permanent part- or full-time roles available across Melbourne. You will need to be qualified with a Certificate III in Individual Support, to be considered for this role.

Pay rate: $24.35 - $75.56 per hour
