The goal of Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) is to provide a tailored service to help you regain or improve your independence, so you can live confidently and independently in your own home.
Your services are designed to help you achieve your set goals and can be provided in your home or in the community.

How to get started
We offer these services in Western Australia and Victoria. However availability may differ by location, so please contact us to find out what’s available in your area.
Your General Practitioner (GP) or hospital clinician can refer you for an assessment, or you can organise an assessment directly through My Aged Care.
