What are my payment options?
We currently offer a range of payment options including direct debit, online payment, Bpay, phone payment, post bill pay and cheque.
How often are my services invoiced?
We invoice for services four weeks in arrears. Service accounts are then issued on a four weekly cycle. To view which services have been invoiced on your service account, please refer to the detail of charges on the service account.
How do I set up a direct debit using a credit card?
We don't currently accept direct debits online for credit cards, so please call us if you'd like to set this up.
How do I obtain a receipt?
Our system doesn't generate email receipts, please call the contact centre to obtain a receipt.
