Join our health care experts to learn about evidence-based therapies for primary care patients with respiratory conditions. Our presentation will focus on bronchiectasis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), home services available, potential access barriers and how to address them, and referral pathways.
This free accredited session provides you with 1.5 CPD hours (1 hour educational activity, 0.5 hours for reviewing performance) and includes a buffet dinner and refreshments.

Learning outcomes covered include:
- Implement evidence based therapies to optimise outcomes for patients with bronchiectasis and COPD.
- Summarise community services and resources available for patients with bronchiectasis and COPD.
- Identify the eligibility criteria and referral pathway to access respiratory care in the community (eg Silverchain COPD Support Program and Home Oxygen services) and recognise potential barriers to patients accessing these services.
