Helping you move well and stay healthy at home.

Our expert multidisciplinary care teams have helped countless Australians improve their mobility, and independence, all from the comfort of their own homes.

We start by understanding your needs, strengths, and areas that you’d like to improve. We will also help you identify any risks in your home to your safety and wellbeing. After an assessment we can provide you with advice, strategies, and support to improve your wellbeing. Our services can include:

Dietetics and nutrition

We can provide you advice and assistance to eat well and feel well, including improving your appetite, managing dietary requirements and eating difficulties.

Occupational therapy

Our team can help you to live safely and independently at home by assessing suitable home modifications and supporting you with wheelchairs and transfer equipment. We also offer pressure management strategies and recommend aids to make everyday life easier.

Physiotherapy

We can help maximise your strength, balance, and mobility through targeted exercises, movement techniques, and practical support. This includes organising appropriate equipment such as walkers and frames.

Podiatry

Our team can help you move freely and feel comfortable on your feet with foot, nail, or skin condition treatments, footwear assessments, and care for foot-related conditions like diabetes.

Speech pathology

We can help you eat, drink, and communicate well by addressing swallowing problems, improving your speech, and supporting you with assistive technology.

Social work

Our team can support you to deal with issues you’re facing and improve your independence, like helping you manage relationships, financial matters, and unsafe housing.
