For National Close The Gap Day, we spoke with Aunty Irene, a resilient Wailwan woman and Elder who shares her journey with Silverchain. She credits her case manager in metro Melbourne, Lesley Camilleri, and her Home Care Package for her independence.

At 68 years old, Aunty Irene said she would be in a residential aged care facility if it weren't for Lesley and Silverchain.
