Our supplier relationships are central to ensuring we can deliver on our commitment to provide high quality, complete care in our clients’ homes.
At Silverchain, we work with suppliers to ensure our compassionate care teams have the right medical equipment, supplies and health care supports to ensure we can provide hospital level care in the homes of our clients.
Our suppliers also provide us with various information technology and digital systems to support our business and operational functions across our national organisation.
Our approach
At Silverchain we recognise that a diverse and inclusive supply chain is essential for meeting the unique needs of the communities we serve. We are actively seeking suppliers to work with us to meet the needs of underrepresented groups including those from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, LGBTIQA+, and people with disabilities.
By expanding our supplier network, we not only create greater economic opportunities for diverse businesses, but it ensures our care and services reflect the diverse needs of diverse communities.
Our commitment to diversity extends beyond our supply chain. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment at Silverchain, where everyone can achieve their full potential.
