We have a rigorous safety measures and protocols in place to ensure you receive the best possible care, every time. We understand that receiving care in the home should feel comfortable and safe, so we’ve developed a comprehensive approach to ensuring a high quality care experience. 

Our care teams always take a proactive approach and are constantly looking for ways minimise risks and prevent harm. We do this in several ways:

  • Personalised care plans
    We tailor your care experience ensuring all your needs and preferences, consideration of your health conditions and living environment. This means your care is not only effective but also safe. 
  • Regular reviews
    We don’t just create a plan and leave it. We regularly check in with you, review your care, and adjust as needed to keep you safe and comfortable. 
  • Open communication
    We empower you to share any concerns you have with us. Your feedback is valuable, and we’re always here to listen and take action to improve your care experience.  
  • National Consumer Advisory Body
    We work closely with people who are our consumer representatives who contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our services. 
  • Open disclosure
    We are committed to delivering a high quality care experience. We recognise however there may be times when care may not go as planned. We will talk to you and family/carer openly about what happened so that we can work together to improve the care experience.

We value your feedback and are committed to resolving your complaints and concerns. All compliments, complaints, and suggestions are an opportunity for us to improve and enhance our care.

If you feel comfortable in doing so in person, please speak to the person coordinating your care and services in the first instance.
