Being a good ally   

At Silverchain we recognise that allyship is an important part of how we can support people and reduce discrimination. Our Silver Pride Ally Network works to ensure our environments are safe, welcoming, and inclusive for all sexually and gender diverse people, whether they be employee, volunteers, or clients.  

We encourage our communities to reflect on the importance of being a good ally to the LGBTQ+ community.
