Important notice for WA referrers
Silverchain has learnt that the fax number 1300 601 788 stopped working at 9.30am on 25th August 2026 due to a Telstra outage.
Telstra are working on repairing the problem and Silverchain will advise when this fax number is operational again.
The faxes would have shown an error message to senders when attempts to send the fax failed. Until this matter is resolved, please do not send faxes to the 1300 601 788 number. Instead send faxes to SCreferrals@silverchain.org.au. If you are unsure if a previous fax was delivered, please resend the document to SCreferrals@silverchain.org.au and our Contact Centre will ensure it is processed as usual.
