Led by internationally renowned wound expert Professor Kerlyn Carville, our Wound Management Silver Learnings series took place in July and August 2025 across Western Australia and Queensland. 

Expand your knowledge on existing wound care, covering essential techniques and strategies to manage a variety of chronic wounds. 

Professor Kerlyn Carville leads our workshops with support from Silverchain Senior Research Fellow Dr Sharon Boxall, and GP Liaisons Dr Leena Patel and Dr Erin O’Donnell-Taylor.

  • Initiateappropriate woundcare management based on patient,woundand environmental factors.
  • Describe the features ofdifferent typesof lower limb ulcers.

  • Identifywhenfurther assessments/investigations may berequired.
  • Demonstrate point of care assessments that can be performed in a primary care setting to aid diagnosis and management.
