Barbara's Independence with RDNS Silverchain

Barbara Krust, an 85-year-old resident of Elizabeth East, cherishes her independence.

Thanks to the compassionate care provided by RDNS Silverchain, Barbara has been able to remain living in the comfort of her own home. She particularly values the support of her case coordinator, Sam Ma, who has been working with her for the last six months.

Barbara shared, “I wouldn’t have it any other way. RDNS Silverchain and Sam have done so much to enhance my life and help me maintain my independence.

Barbara receives nursing visits twice a week through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme and daily personal care through her home care package.

She appreciates the consistent and reliable service from RDNS Silverchain. “Whenever I needed support, someone was always here quickly. I needed my dressings changed over the weekend, and someone was right there for me.”

Living in Elizabeth East for the past six years, Barbara enjoys attending current events, visiting the local shopping centre, and most importantly, having her family nearby.

Thanks to the dedicated care of Sam and the RDNS Silverchain team, Barbara continues to live independently, and the compassionate care provided has been instrumental in maintaining her overall well-being and quality of life.
