Led by experienced doctors and nursing team, our clinics offer the same level of care and support we provide to you in your home. Based in Western Australia (WA), our nursing clinics can provide a range of services such as help with continence, diabetes, and wound care.

Nursing Clinic services

Clinic opening times vary, and bookings are preferred to secure availability, so please contact us to see what is available.

If you are aged 65 and over,  or if you are of Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander decent and are aged 50 and over, you may be eligible for government aged care funding for nursing services. If you have already been assessed and have government funding, please contact us and we can arrange the care you need.

If you are seeking nursing for health care, please talk to your GP to find out if you’re eligible, and for a referral.

Some of our health care programs are funded by the WA state or Australian government, and are mostly free or low cost for clients. Contact us for more information.
