We believe diversity and inclusivity of our people, our greatest asset, is important in delivering Best Care to all our clients.

In delivering in home health and aged care services in people’s homes, Silverchain has a responsibility to demonstrate positive behaviours and strong policies to enhance the delivery of our services and visibility of LGBTQIA+ communities. 

Being a good ally   

At Silverchain we recognise that allyship is an important part of how we can support people still experiencing discrimination. Our Silver Pride Ally Network works to ensure our environments are safe, welcoming, and inclusive for all sexually and gender diverse people, whether they be employee, volunteers, or clients.
