Pallative Care Event
Our highly anticipated palliative care event was held on the 18 June 2024 at the Hub, Bentley Technology Park, in Perth.
Learning outcomes:
- Distinguishing between palliative care options available to support patients with their preference.
- Understand the referral pathways for home based palliative care and how to optimise outcomes for patients choosing to die at home.
- Develop a better understanding of community based services and resources available for patients and families.
