We can support you with a range of activities to help you stay connected to others and take care of your wellbeing.

Our Social Centres are designed to help you make new friends, engage in your interests and hobbies with others, and even develop new ones. Managed by our compassionate care team and volunteers, we can help you participate in activities that keep you connected, independent, and healthy.

Our activities can differ across centres and are catered to each of our members’ interests and needs. They can include:

  • music and art and craft sessions
  • BBQs and picnics
  • cooking and meal preparation
  • gardening
  • light exercise classes
  • guest speaker activities and community group events
  • social outings in the community.

You’re welcome to sit with us for a casual chat or join a group to share your favourite stories and interests with others.

We change our activities regularly so you can benefit from a wide range of experiences with different people. You can also work with our care team to plan out activities that you and others can enjoy.

Spending time at our Social Centres also give your carers time to take a rest and care for their needs.

Our services can be funded through the Commonwealth Home Support Program, the Support at Home program, or privately funded, whatever suits your situation.

We provide Social Centres Services in Western Australia. To find the closest centre near you, please see our Availability details below, or to get started, call our Contact Centre on 1300 650 803 or complete our enquiry form today.
