If a person does not meet the eligibility criteria for government-funded programs, a range of services can be provided on a fee-for-service basis:

Age 18 years or over.
Clients do not need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
Clients living in their own home, retirement villages or independent living units.
All functional levels.
