In 2022-23, we renewed our investment in our people, launching new safety and wellbeing initiatives, benefits and professional development opportunities.

In response to our people’s feedback this year:

We are investing in new digital systems to better support our people and our clients.
We co-designed our first Community Impact & Inclusion Strategy with our employees across Australia.
We launched our new Reconciliation Action Plan , our first at the higher Innovate level.
We implemented new collaboration and knowledge sharing forums, including communities of practice and other update forums.
We introduced an improved performance management system and streamlined the recruitment process through Our People Portal (SuccessFactors).
We are focused on reducing the administration load for our frontline care teams.

We take our reputation as a nationally accredited home care provider seriously, and the difference our people can make to the lives of the people they care for.
